LTI Team Building is a powerful tool for addressing business issues in an open and interactive manner. With both indoor and outdoor options, team building is a perfect choice for any location. Using unique and challenging activities that model real world work situations, teams actually test, apply, and refine new ideas in a risk-managed environment (“action learning”). Our skilled facilitators ensure that each team stays focused on impacting positive change back at work. There are few other training tools that have the impact and range of application that our team building programs deliver.
Our team building programs can range in length from four hours to four days, and can accommodate 8 to 500 participants (typically in subgroups of 10-20 people). Because our team building programs are portable, your session can be conducted onsite or at any suitable location. In addition, we always come prepared with a host of rain or inclement weather alternatives.
