An Initiative-based Business Simulation
Just as in most business situations, these programs require your team to continuously move from one project to the next while still maintaining a clear focus on larger goals. Your team will be challenged constantly to maintain effective communications, creatively solve multiple problems simultaneously, and effectively allocate both physical and human resources, all while adhering to strict time limitations. The result is an environment which models common business challenges and provides an opportunity to test and practice new skills that will improve overall team performance.
Components of this program include interdependence, multi-tasking, sequenced activities, time dependence, and skilled facilitators.
