Keeping Your Team Afloat

Unlike many simulations, which involve model toys or role-plays, your team(s) designs and builds actual boats that carry select team members. This unique activity models the project cycle from concept and design, through marketing and production, and finally, field-testing. As is often the case at work, initially the project objectives may seem quite impossible, given the materials and resources provided. Ultimately, the team will discover that they can stay afloat by planning and using teamwork. This activity has specific site requirements.
