Every LTI session, whether in the classroom, or in the outdoors, revolve around specific topics. These topics help enable our clients better address issues that are impeding their progress. The following pages illustrate content that we commonly incorporate into our programs.
Please keep in mind that because all of our programs are customized, the descriptions presented here should be viewed as representative of that topic, and not as pre-packaged programs.
Topics can be fully developed into multi-day or multi-session training, or used as supportive context in an outdoor team building program. In either case, they are instrumental in helping the group address issues specific to their current professional situation.
