Meeting
Facilitation Skills
Developing facilitation skills helps participants turn the
often-wasted time of meetings, into highly productive
decision-making opportunities. Participants will discover
what needs to be done before, during, and after a meeting
in order for it to be effective. Meetings are valuable
opportunities, but if used ineffectively, are a huge waste
of time, money, and morale.
Participants will learn:

including: doubters, interrupters, attackers, and
know-it-alls.
• How To Manage The Decision-Making Process

to expand the discussion for new ideas and when to
conclude.

sure that everything actually gets done?
