In today’s world, leadership is a greater challenge
than ever before. To inspire commitment, a leader must be
able to proactively lead people through change, share and
gain commitment to the company’s vision, and build
trust in an environment of open communication. Even though
people may already be stressed and skeptical, all of this
needs to be done. This program will help managers look at
how they can build trust and commitment, and actively
inspire their groups in these changing times.
Participants explore:

The first step is to understand your overall vision, and
then the vision that each manager has for their specific
team. Learn how to help people understand how they fit into
that vision, and how what they do makes a difference.
Explore ways of getting people to see the bigger picture
and act like owners.
• Driving Change With Enthusiasm
Change is inevitable – examine ways of increasing
your resiliency to change, and then how to become a
proactive change agent within your group. Since people deal
with change differently, explore your own change style and
then how to help others deal with change more effectively,
based on their preferred style.
• Encouraging And Empowering Others
Learn to inspire others and empower them to be their best.
Discover ways to give your people the help that they need,
in order to move forward. Celebrating accomplishments and
recognizing contributions, is critical to keeping people
motivated.
• Building Trust And Commitment
Trust is key to building strong relationships. Learn ways
to build trust, one step at a time. Create a stronger
commitment through mutual support and small wins.
• Modeling The Way
True leaders lead by example – they are clear about
their values and act consistently with those values. Are
your actions consistent with your values? Learn how to
demonstrate them on a daily basis, in everything that you
do.
