AKA - Managing Across Generations
This unique program is designed to help leaders understand and manage people from different generations. We explore ways of benefiting from what each group brings to the table. We then focus on specific tools for managing and motivating each group, giving people what they need to grow and develop. We also explore ways of dealing with the potential conflicts between people from different groups.
Participants will explore:
