This addition to our Space Cargo Rockets program is target cross-team communication, sharing of best practices, and contributing to higher level organizational goals. Often we forget that our individual jobs have relevance at a much higher level. When we see how our piece of the puzzle contributes to both team and organizational success, we are better able to contribute to the bottom line.
The LTI Rockets II component of Space Cargo involves an on-going special project that is high risk, but also has the potential of high returns. However, to succeed at this opportunity, everyone in the organization will need to openly and actively share best practices. By tapping the collective experience of the team, there is the potential of truly reaching new heights.
