These programs range in length from 4 hours to 3 days and require no climbing experience. Average group size is 15-20, but larger and smaller groups can easily be accommodated. Each session is custom designed and may include topical classroom sessions, assessments, team building activities, or other possible program components.

Here the group quickly discovers that cooperative decisions produce more logical and robust results. The final plan effectively addresses how they organize, implement, and monitor their business venture.
