Team Building on the Edge
This cutting edge business simulation models the real world balance between strategic and tactical decision-making. Using rock climbing as a metaphor for business, participants learn first hand the importance of communication, planning, risk-taking, and collaboration. With an emphasis on both corporate objectives and individual team success, the group discovers the value of common goals. This engaging environment is designed to keep everyone involved, even those who choose not to climb.
These programs range in length from 4 hours to 3 days and require no climbing experience. Average group size is 15-20, but larger and smaller groups can easily be accommodated. Each session is custom designed and may include topical classroom sessions, assessments, team building activities, or other possible program components.
