At the heart of almost any training program lies a new perspective. Whether this is new content, a different vantage point, or targeting an existing issue that has not yet been resolved, they all represent a catalyst for change. Assessments are one of our most powerful tools for facilitating this process. From custom needs assessments, pre-program surveys, and team profiles, to personality indicators and skills assessments, each provides unique and valuable data. This information can be critical for developing targeted course content or guiding individual/team development.
Depending on the specific application, our assessments can be distributed in a variety of formats and administered at the individual, team, or organizational level. While it is possible to use these tools as stand-alone elements, we typically use them as a component of a larger program or training initiative.
