Management Effectiveness Profile System
Participants evaluate themselves in key areas of
performance. They then also receive input from their
subordinates, superiors, and peers on how their performance
is perceived. Specific suggestions for improvement and
development are made, and participants create their own
specific action plans for change.
The Management Effectiveness Profile System is a 360º˚
feedback instrument similar to the SSI (see prior page),
but it focuses on mid- to upper-level managers. It
identifies 15 work related areas, which are critical for
this level of management. The 15 specific areas covered in
the MEPS™ (Management Effectiveness Profile System)
