The Five Factor Profile is a highly valid and reliable means of assessing personality and work behaviors. The profile uses common words to describe a specific aspect or trait of our personality. Through factor analysis these characteristics are summarized into five categories - Negative Emotionality, Extraversion, Openness, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness. Each factor is broken down into six specific facets to give more specific and meaningful information to each factor. Detailed work behaviors can also be examined.
