Project teams require leaders who can influence others effectively, create strong team dynamics, and bring a diverse group together to achieve a common goal.
Participants quickly come to realize the strength and value of having team members with diverse perspectives and capabilities. Through interactive problem solving, they learn to appreciate others as valuable resources and see how much more effective people can be when they work together as a team. During this session, your group will also develop and practice their influencing skills with people they may not necessarily have direct authority over. The goal is to help people learn how to leverage their interpersonal skills, to ensure that project goals are achieved.
