Conceptual Design & Proposal: Based on your specific situation, we develop a custom training solution and present the strategy either in person or as a proposal. This conceptual design ensures that we are on-track with your actual needs and is also critical for digging deeper into the specifics of your situation.
Contracting: Signing a program contract enables us to schedule, staff and formalize your program, as well as clarify all costs and related expenses. We are not able to reserve dates, locations, or book staff until we have an actual commitment. This also ensure that all costs are clarified up front and that there are no surprises after the program.
Staffing: Drawing from our diverse and professional consulting staff, we select a powerful team to lead your program with both topical and industry expertise. This is one of the most crucial steps in the process.
Secondary Needs Assessment: This verification and evaluation process ensures that our solution fits your corporate culture and targets your actual business objectives. Your Program Director will continue working with you and/or your team to fine tune the program, develop realistic cases, and target the impact of your expected outcomes. This level of detail is what sets us apart from most of our competition.
Final Program Design: Using the detailed information that we have collected, we make final adjustments to the conceptual design to ensure maximum impact and results. We design and produce any necessary materials, make final arrangements with the site, and verify final logistics with your coordinator.
Program Delivery: Even during the program we continually solicit feedback, evaluate our strategy, and adjust on-the-fly to ensure that we achieve your objectives. Remember that our purpose is to achieve your desired outcomes, not to merely deliver a program. Often this entails midstream adjustments which our staff are able to seamlessly orchestrate.
Follow-Up: Training is only one step in achieving real change. Following every program, we provide tools and techniques to help reinforce progress and achieve lasting results. From photos, executive reports, and additional training recommendations, our goal is to help impact actual change.
